From an Ume (Japanese plum) Negroni and Ube Nigori Sake Colada to a Passionfruit Mezcal Margarita with yuzu sake, explore the best hand-crafted beverages that pair perfectly with Aburi Sushi and cuisine.
A MICHELIN CHEF COLLABORATION
This year, Minami Toronto is thrilled to be collaborating with MICHELIN Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa for four exclusive menu items on our dinner menu. Pictured is the Roasted A5 Japanese Wagyu with peppercorn jus, Japanese mustard and pickled wasabi, paired perfectly with a nice glass of red wine or our Ume Negroni cocktail.

Join us for $12 house’s signature cocktails, $6 shots, and exclusive food items, such as the Sushi Bao with chicken nanban and obie braiser, from 2-5pm daily, Sunday - Thursday evenings from 8:30 pm-close and Friday & Saturday from 10 pm-close. Walk-ins are welcome.
